It's when you take a webcam pic with the lens covered completely, then subtractively combine it with your regular cam pics. I think Photoshop is easily capable of handling this. Amateur astronomers with digicams use this technique to get rid of CCD noise that can ruin an otherwise good photo...

OK, you want a big fat hairy Italian, you got it. Well, hairy in my branch of the family anyway, since neither my brother nor my father have much chest hair.
My chest (tastefully cropped, thankyouverymuch) - though if you look at the bottom corners you can see the beginnings of my hairy nipples.
And...since this is for "shirtless" pics...my back in all its hairy glory.
