I know you're being sarcastic, but before the tinfoil hat brigade shows up, this means that John Q. FBI Agent participated in the murder of 3000 people so Haliburton could get a sweetheart deal in Iraq. Deep Throat risked his life over a burgulary coverup, but the conspiracy nutters need hundreds, maybe thousands of people, to cover up thousands of murders without one feeling guilty enough to come forward.
