Looks like Microsoft did it again. 5 new updates released at once, for all operating systems from Win98 to 2003. My God, they suck!

It took me 1/2 hour to download the updates over broadband.

Hrm, that's what they were for (I've been running XP SP2 RC1 which has the option of letting you beta-test patches)

This one: Linky Contains 14 critical fixes. Oh joy when they release a lot of fixes in one package.

Makes testing really intresting.

The hotfixes from SP2 brought nothing but trouble to me: especially to Internet explorer (which I still use for page design), that keeps halting. And that's on a clean windows (installed a couple of days ago).

Why the fuck do they wait till the end of the month to release the updates? :roll: If the fix is available, release the damn thing already! Don't make us wait longer than we should have to!

I was only going by the number of updates that Windows Update said it needed to do to my XP machine. I had no idea that it was to fix 14 fixed.
