Any UO players?

Any Ultima Online players around here, specifically on the Great Lakes shard?
If Religion and Politics were characters on a soap opera, Religion would be the one that goes insane with jealousy over Politics' intimate relationship with Reality, and secretly murder Politics in the night, skin the corpse, and run around its apartment wearing the skin like a cape shouting "My votes now! All votes for me! Wheeee!" -- Lagmonster

I played back in 1997 and 1998 on the Pacific shard. Then the griefers ruined everything, so I quit.

I had the northernmost house on the shard, IIRC. :D

An actual square piece of a dungeon floor. It was a tile of blood from the lich room in deciet. I picked it up by using a stealing macro on my theif.

Btw was known as Sporkman, Joe Highwind and The IRS *my theif* heh

I played in the beta and for a little while afterward but then quit. The game had some many problems in the beginning, that expectations were never met. Frankly, I think it was a victim of too high expectations.

I remember spending a lot of time on web pages just hanging out and talking about how the thought the game would be.
