Uh, I would count a widespread guerrilla insurgency followed by a concentrated religious revolt involving thousands of fighters slightly more FUBAR than the destruction of an embassy.

Then maybe you shouldn't have opened your mouth about Shep getting a "life" just for having an opinion that does not coincide with yours (even if he flounts it a little much). If he wants to bash Clinton, he can do it if he likes, especially in this thread, which is specifically about Clinton (unlike the "Clinton's worse than Bush" thread hijacks)

Personnaly, I'm about as fed up with the whiny "Leave Clinton alone" routine as I am with the excessive Clinton bashing. Just because he was a better president than Shrub does not mean he was a good president.

They think he's still in office.

Now now, just hear me out. Look at all the fuck-ups the Bush administration has been responsible for. The economy's still in a rut, there's been a net loss of jobs, the administration lied to the American people and is using semantics wordplay to cover its tracks, and we've managed to fuck up Iraq even worse than it was before we went there. Not even the most die-hard of right-wingers could deny these simple facts. Has the Bush administration failed us? No, that's simply not possible.

Obviously, the Clinton administration must have successfully carried out a covert insurrection of the White House and is now back in power. That's the only explanation for why things are in the shitter. It is absolutely imperative that we remove Bill Clinton from office.
