The Fetts vs Sam Vimes
Can Jango Fett kill the commander of the City Watch? What about Boba? Assume that they traded in their standard weaponry for crossbows, swords and what not so they don't stnad out. Does either one have the necessary skills?

Hmmm, Vimes tends to get by on a combination of experience surviving and being a ruthless paranoid bastard when he needs to be, rather than any sort of refined training and skill. The Fetts would have to get the first shot in and make it count, because the rest of the City Watch would take them apart.

Just get the Troll (can't remember his name) with the siege bow loaded with a bunch of normal arrows... Boba de Flambe... but Vimes seems to be rather crafty (even if by accident) rather than our famous bounty hunters. So I go with Vimes.

If the Fett can make his first shot count then he'll win. If not, well ....
Lets not forget that Vimes has survived at least three assassination attempts by assassins from the Assassins Guild, which included one trying to poison his shaving foam! The grounds around his home are a deathtrap for assassins, with things like bear traps in bushs and the roof on the dragon pen is artificially weak. At his office he has loose slating tiles and extra spiky ornaments.
The Fett's best chance would be to get him in the street. Because of the Assassins Guild code of honour they will not attack him like some common murderer, while I assume the Fetts will have no such regard.
If the Fetts fluff the attempt and have to make a get away, i don't rate their chances. With a werewolf in the watch tracking them will be easy, and once they're caught the watch has numerous options including any of the trolls in the watch, Constable Dorfl (a ceramic golem) and the aforementioned sergeant Detritus, a troll who uses a siege crossbow like a normal crossbow, equiped with "piecemaker" ammunition. The watch is organised and expierienced and will probably track them down.
