I don't think Raimi, Woo or Tarantino qualify as B-movie directors anymore. They direct movies with budgets of over $50 million, which does not exactly qualify one for B-movie status.
However, I do think that Tarantino keeps that B-movie feel, while making some of the best movies ever to grace the screen. Give him $50 or $50,000,000 and he can crank out an amazing piece of cinema.

Roger Corman. A collection of great B-movies which range from the comically stupid (Attack Of The Giant Leeches) to the artistically brilliant (his six Edgar Allen Poe adaptations —especially The Masque Of The Red Death). And all done with barebones budgets and lots of imagination.
When ballots have fairly and constitutionally decided, there can be no successful appeal back to bullets.

Oil an emergency?! It's about time, Brigadier, that the leaders of this planet of yours realised that to remain dependent upon a mineral slime simply doesn't make sense.
