LOL, oh no it's not, checking their disclaimer at the bottom:
The Flat Earth Society is not in any way responsible for the failure of the French to repel the Germans at the Maginot Line during WWII. Nor is the Flat Earth Society responsible for the recent yeti sightings outside the Vatican, or for the unfortunate enslavement of the Nabisco Inc. factory employees by a rogue hamster insurrectionist group. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the loss of one or more of the following, which may possibly occur as the result of exposing one's self to the dogmatic and dangerously subversive statements made within: life, limb, vision, Francois Mitterand, hearing, taste, smell, touch, thumb, Aunt Mildred, citizenship, spleen, bedrock, cloves, I Love Lucy reruns, toaster, pine derby racer, toy duck, antelope, horseradish, prosthetic ankle, double-cheeseburger, tin foil, limestone, watermelon-scented air freshner, sanity, paprika, German to Pig Latin dictionary, dish towel, pet Chihuahua, pogo stick, Golf Digest subscription, floor tile, upper torso or halibut.

There is no 'creation/evolution' split in america. The two concepts are not mutually contradictory. A lot of people who accept evolution also believe that the earth and/or the universe was created several billion years ago, or that proto-life was created, then allowed to evolve in whatever direction it would.

The 'split' would be between people who accept evolution occurs (probably well over fifty percent), and the people who believe that the earth was created six thousand years ago, and alleles never change position (a decided minority).

Amazing how people can believe shit based on absolutely less than zero evidence. Jesus.
You said it, vympel. Just replace Jesus with 'God'.

I just heard that he is creationist from a friend which read his book " Die unsterbliche Seele der Menschheit",.
However I did not read it myself and I could be wrong.
Now that you mention it....

I can vaguely remember a article from a P.M: of 1989, where here compared Theory of Evolution and Creationism. The Hammer was, that he simply declared a 2:2 between them. Ignoring that Creationsm is totally insane!
Remmbering it now, it was a horrible article.
Kinda makes me wonder about subsersive attempts to make such thinking cool in such mags. I wonder just how many people have been 'unknowingly' led into that outlook. It does sound appealing when you desire no restraint.
