Comcast is an extremely well run company financially, but I think that the Disney shareholders would have passed simply because although they know current Disney management is the pits, a large media distribution company like Comcast that knows nothing about creative work doesn't have the corporate culture to support a business like Disney. Eventually a buyer WILL come along unles Eisner is replaced by someone that can get Disney back on track.
