Are we just counting movies here? If not, Final Fantasy VI (counting all of its theme music).

I'm shocked that nobody mentioned Babylon 5's theme music. Twin Peaks is great also. I also have an affection for the theme from Airwolf.

Star Wars, easily. I have watched every single Bond movie, countless 'epics', an entire plethora of Sci-Fi, and Star Wars is the only one that I can hum from memory.

While its not theme-only, the Eagle's Journey of the Sorcerer is awesome as the theme of the H2G2 radioplay.
