i've got over 1.5 gigs of hard drive space for mostly soundtracks.(would have more, but, eh, only a 4 gig HD) you try deciding on a single favorite from all of that. :P

Patton's Theme takes all of these easily.

B5 season 3 and 5, Legend of Zelda, The Prisoner and Super Mario had positively sexcellent themes.

It'd have to be the "Legend of Ashitaka Theme" from Princess Mononoke.

Bond is great, as is Braveheart, and the various Final Fantasy themes are favorites as well.

They may have claymores and Dragons, but we have Bolos and Ogres.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Mentioning videogames and craptacular shitfests like ID4 ahead of Indiana Jones ... :x
As I was reading down this thread I was ready go get outraged by this heresy myself. Indy's theme has got to be the best fitting music ever.

I also like Jurasic Park's, Star Wars' and Jaws'. Not because they are John Williams stuff, but they are so incredibly fitting I just gotta love them.

There's also Back to the Future and James Bond.

Ah, so you mean John Barry's arrangement. My favorite piece of Bond music is either the credits from The World Is Not Enough or the trailer music for Goldeneye.

That's the theme to Peter Gunn.
Syntax, the guy's name is Henry Mancini, and Tsyroc is right, that's the theme from "Peter Gunn." My percussion ensemble is playing that this year, along with "The Pink Panther," as you said, also by Mancini (which Knife listed as his pick).

Woohoo! Go River Hill Percussion Ensemble Director for picking kickass literature! (Oh yeah, that'd be me, woo!) :D

And YT300000, yeah, that's it, with the kickin' bass riff and the screamin' trumpet solo--oh hellz yeah.
