I don't have my limey to english dictionary handy... what the fuck does snogging, dogging and canoodling mean anyway? are they done in the back of a lorry after a creamboat din-din with lass who is all up the apples and pears?

Snogging is .. um, kissing, how else to put it, passionately? Yup.

Canoodling is just standing with arms round each other, tongues down throats etc etc

And I always thought dogging was anal, so who knows.

i've been doing snogging and canoodling since i was 14... its like... wrong for you not to be able to do it... especially when at that age your too young for sex, its the only substitute

While enacting stupid laws has long been the favorite pastime of politicians all around the world enacting a stupid law you have no intention to enforce is just...weird.

Well:

Well presumably, they're to keep the girl in place after you eat whatever the fuck a "creamboat" is. So then you can get out of the roof and do it in a park.

Notice that this also only appears to work with Scots girls.
