Second Iraqi Troop Mutiny

Not everyone over there is an 'insurgent' or 'resentful', but it's a human sentiment to want things fixed 'right this damn minute and not an instant sooner'. So it's probably not just we Americans who are wanting Iraq rebuilt quickly, it's also the Iraqi people who want it done.

Hasn't there been complaints about the electricity still being off in some areas? Think of how often you youself have complained when your own power's off, and how angry you get when it takes several hours, or days, to get back. And some Iraqi haven't had power in months!

Well if people would stop blowing up power lines that might be less of a problem. If they really want it done and over with, destroying their own infrastructure so we have to fix it isn't the way to go...

Your sentence certainly implies that the ones complaining are the ones doing the damage. You know, with the whole 'destroying their own infrastructure' stuff.
