Uh.........dude. Reality check.

The limit on maximum fleet size and production speeds are there for a reason. Your fleet CANNOT have that much of an advantage of numbers once everything is accounted for.

and if tycho helps, I will most defintly have the advanatage of numbers.

What? I'm confused.

Your cruisers would get smashed by my task group, no sweat. I'm merely denying that your fleet, RUNNING BACK TOWARDS OMEGA SIGHT FOR THE LAST FEW HOURS, would not be over Camaro so soon. You'd have to turn around and fly all those hours back- something the Ouster fleet over Jardan would almost certainly note, and be able to move to intercept.

THEY HAVN'T BEEN RUNING THERE.

Then went back to sparta, short trip. Where they massed up (not long), and are, as soon as tycho logs on, going to take the short trip from sparta to kicking-your-ass.

You didn't say shit about thee worlds you conquered- except that they were backwards holes which cost you little to conquer. Logically, core systems near the major powers wouldn't be backwards little holes. If you wanted to conquer industrialised core planets, you would have had to spend ships doing so.

I've been talking about distances- why haven't you? I ascertained that it was 3 days from the Core civilization of the Covenant of God, and stuck with it. It think it's safe to say we are looking at hours in transit at absolute least. Frankly, if you don't already have ships in a system, you will need to fight a holding action until reinforcements can arrive.

Myself and Shark Bait(we are currently in the school computer labs) will be gone for at least 2.5 hours. Please do not invade either of our nations, and if anyone does anything like that, a third party(preferably thirdfain in my case) has control of my military.

For the record, I know that a few people here have their races based off of other things. Aly uses DND. Laz uses SG-1. I dont play DND. I dont watch SG-1. So make things easy on me, please. If your race can do something, put it in your OOB. I dont want to see any more in-game posts describing new abilities and/or relationships with gods, etc., with the OOC explation being "well, on SG-1..."

If its on SG-1/DND and within the tech level, it can go in your OOB. If its in your OOB, it can go in game. If not, don't mention it.

Laz if I might suggest, pick up the Jardinians, either the rebels or the loyalists, hell both if you want! Personally they are much better than Goa'uld. Personally, I think you play well enough to use them fairly; stick with a basic nation; people like the new Jardinian Free Republic, hell Thirdfain just came in and saved them. Perhaps its time made some allies, using a likeable nation. Or at least a nation everyone doesn't despise!

I quantified what you will generally see in a military context. What standard troops can do, etc. But there are a few things that I just cant spell out, and there are a few things that we are capable of doing that dont apply to the mi9litary in any meaningful fashion(like creating a chair out of nothing)

Suffice to say that anything technology can do at this tech level, we can do with magic, or psionics.

That's fair. Keep what I said in mind. However, that comment was directed much more towards Laz... although I guess that isn't going to be a problem for much longer, neh?
