Bowling for Columbine

has anyone seen it? I just saw it and I have to say it's kinda crappy and pointless. I'm anti-gun-mass-proliferation and pro gun-control, but I have to say that Michael Moore did a poor job at the camera.

"Right now we can tell you a report was filed by the family of a 12 year old boy yesterday afternoon alleging Mr. Michael Jackson of criminal activity. A search warrant has been filed and that search is currently taking place. Mr. Jackson has not been charged with any crime. We cannot specifically address the content of the police report as it is confidential information at the present time, however, we can confirm that Mr. Jackson forced the boy to listen to the Howard Stern show and watch the movie Private Parts over and over again."

Search the archives. The regular search function only goes back over the past couple weeks to save space and search time; this board is way too big to make it practical to search the whole thing with the non-archive search.

Okay, this was a bad idea on your part, but all the same I'll just drop in my two cents:
Most of Moore's work (be they his "documentaries" or his books) are mostly tripe, filled with innacuracies, shoddy research, and sometimes deliberate lies (a select few of his arguments do have some merit, but the aforementioned "bad stuff" makes for an instant credibility assassin).
(seeHERE for all the sordid details). Regardless of where you stand on the political spectrum, Moore is not someone you want to take seriously.

But, just so you know where I stand, I happen to be anti gun-control for the most part, (whch means I'm quite pleased the AWB expires in September, even though it won't affect me, seeing that I live in Canada).
