Sure, but I will treat a tiny Carrier which spends most of it's interior ACTUALLY CONSTRUCTING it's fighters as being significantly inferior to a purpose-built warship.

I will treat 10-meter long Destroyers as being targets for PD guns, not capital scale weapons.

As for the usage of their main warship to manufacture reactors, well- OK. If it's some sort of side-effect of normal usage, sounds OK.

That is BS. His carriers carry 5000 fighters(they can fold space if need be dimensional flux technology) and guess what...

His bombers and light destroyers are as heavily armed and armored as standard ships of their class. They are extremely fast, and carry capital scale weapons. Those are the same gats and missiles seen on capital ships. And depending on what you use for point defense, you may have a hard time doing damage. His hull acts like a shield and uses reactive armor.

If you want, I can talk to him and he can up the size of his destroyers. He was just unsure how large to make them.

Ah! OK, I see, it's all OK. SO, his escort fleet consists of tiny, fighter-scale fast-moving (hard to hit with capital weaponry, of course!) craft equipped with capital scale weapons and defenses- Totally cool!

WTF? Nobody cleared this with me, and that kind of technology is right out of the question. That's just too much.

No. Not happening. I'm all for innovation and variety, but I just ask that all ships behave in the same manner as normal vessels. Something with the size and maneuvering characteristics of a fighter will have the weapons and shielding of a fighter.

They can keep the weapons, but they have to the right size and follow the same rules. Firepower--Speed--Armor. For a given mass, you can only add to one of this by subtracting from another.

Only seventy? I think you underestimate things. The atmosphere has probably burnt off from all the fusion cannon shots, the oceans are full of toxins from the Overseer's ships crashing in them, and antimatter explosions are everywhere as ships come apart.

Earth is FUCKED.

Actually, your probably dealing literally gigatons of power in each shot, if not more- your fusion cannon are probably not far off from turbolasers in terms of single-shot firepower.

I didn't realize he had ALL of his ships INSIDE the atmosphere. I thought he had a few targets that I could hit.

No ships remained in orbit. The Overseer pulled into the atmosphere because it KNEW, it KNEW that the Organic powers would open fire the instant it was detected, and think about where they were second. It did it because, while cold, calculating and ruthless, it's also completely and absolutely nuts and evil. It likes the idea of Organics destroying themselves.

I'm going in point blank range with fighters and non one hit kill weapons.

I just want to stress you're rushing ships with high efficiency PD and long range. The casualities you'll take are enormous.

(Those are only MT range like DS9 weapons. They will do precisly dick to the atmosphere.)

I dont carry 5000 fighters and i never said that i fold space inside my ships, but i will admit i probably got my measurements wrong. and even though the fighters are remote i only have about 100 pilots

I am attempting to get them to once more i'm getting my measurements messed and the ships designated as fighters have extreamly limited range and ammo because they use a raw plasma drive which really reduces range. Also these fighters probably would never work in atmosphear. And the missles carried on the bombers are smaller they are used for taking down energy sheilds
lastly i have no energy sheilds at most i have the mega crusers gravity sheild which is designed to protect most of the fleet. And it is only used as a factory when it is not in use as a weapon that is because it is the only thing large enough to generate the power and project the gravity needed to create a singularity.

Once more the size is changing. Armor is limited anyway and firepower mostly works on ships that dont have energy sheilds up so everything is being tweeked i'm sorry i miss calculated.
