Sounds like a plan, Stan. :D

And thumbs-up on the word 'kibbitzing.' I like.

Outstanding! You're too kind, my good lady.

Thus far I have two, technically three low-res "posing" pictures plus quick stories.

The first was taken in the early summer '92, shortly after I'd turned 14. I'd just started lifting a few months beforehand, and thought I was better than sliced bread

I look back now and think, "My God, I was so skinny! I can see my RIBS!"

I was 5'6" and a whopping 151

There's also this one:

http://www2.freepichosting.com/Images/421497914/1.jpg

Clearly, the picture on the left was also taken that same day in '92. It's difficult to make out, but in both photos I'm wearing those stupid (and ill-fitting!) Gotcha! pants :)

The pic on the right was taken 9 years later. I think in that one, I'd just started dieting after a nine month "bulking phase."

I weighed 253 there, and was aiming for ~220 after cutting up. I finally got there by mid-Sept., and seriously considered competing in a late Oct. show. I figured a guy of my height stepping onstage, ripped, at over 200 lbs. would clean house, even against the steroid-loaded dipshits.

I never made it to the show, though. Long story, ultimately unimportant and melodramatic   No biggie...

Can we have different age and weight classes? I can't compete with Sean's physique or the youthful sleekness of the young punks around here. But if you want to see my ugly mug without a shirt on, here it is:

Sorry about the surly expression; I don't have that many pictures of myself without a shirt on. I'm slowly trying to get back into shape, but it's a tough slog. The ol' metabolism doesn't work as fast as it used to.

It's a good shot, Mike, and you look a shitload different now than the shot of you with your family on your home page.

I'm still digging though pictures for something acceptable; my hair is what you'd call, 'almost there'.

And your skin stayed good, you bastard. I look like taut leather.

I'm in that list twice there, Z, I also doubt that my pictures are currently working, there've been serious rumblings from my host and most of the FTP and hosted sites are down, so unless you have a photographic memory, you might as well count me out.

Surly? I don't give a shit. Boing!! :teeth:

Good Idea: avoid high-fructose corn syrup. The Catch: It's a major component of at least 99% of food that's not still mooing/swimming/etc or been picked off the plant a second ago
