But we had JUST GOTTEN THE CONCEPT WORKED OUT A FEW HOURS AGO!!! He found out right after we talked about the idea

I'm sorry it comes accross as covert/clandestine but the plan was to have them ready then annouce that we were willing to give them to the monocarans, and even if they were rejected i'm sure either government could find a use for them. It was ment as a gesture of good will nothing more we wanted to be nice and extend a hand of friendship. They would not be just suddenly used without requesting.

uh uh. No good. It is NOT the same. We have said a billion times, if you want to use it, put it in your OOB. And besides, you are godmoding this. Up until Straha had the guy shot, you had not intended that to be a simulacum. You are changing your original intentions and using tech not listed in your OOB to get yourself out of a situation that you are very much in, whether you want it or not.

Bullshit, this comes back to you pulling spells out of your ass as the situation requires. Even if the spell IS available to your people, it requires a LOT of foresight to use. Do you use Simulacrum for every time your government officials exit Arcane Empire space? If so, EACH simulacrum is only 51-60% of the HP, knowledge, including levels, skills, speech, as well as personality of the real creature, and requires 12 hours of prep time to make in the first place. If you came here RIGHT after you had your little bull session at lunch, that's nowhere NEAR enough time to make remotely passable simulacrum, and you have no real reason to send it down in the first place unless you were expecting a hostile reaction by the Monacorans.

Prognosis: Bullshit.

Yes, alter rules to achieve one of two things:

1. Avoid breaking the standing DS9 tech level
2. Bring otherwise underpowered spells or effects to roughly DS9 tech level

It still doesn't change the fact that you have a habit of pulling out spells that do exactly what you want them to do at the time you need them with no justification for them in the first place.

But yes, problem solved. I just wanted make sure the above point was crystal clear before we moved on.
