The contstructs were easily eradicated by orbital fire as they broke the surface. Immediately afterwards, a series of sensor probes were dropped upon the surface, they would attempt to delve deeper as soon as the currently hellish conditions abated.

You could try and save the few animals you can still find in the oceans, we'll cover the expenses and we'll cover the logistical support, assuming you clear everything with us first. Straha, before i respond in game, an Atlantean tech could not have given you the specs because none of them speak english. In fact, their language isnt even detectable by our ears.

You will have to do better than that, or this sequence of posts will simply be ignored.

No, but translators are somewhat common place are they not?
Further more who is to say it didn't take place via electronic text?

ANd you basically gave the atlanteans the shaft. You immediatly sent trooops and basically held a diplomat at gunpoint, then ignored them. Then, to add insult to injury, you kept them in quarantie for several hours for testing. Had Karsus not been there, the Atlantean ambassador would have died in that bunker. And we are currently spending several billion gold sending your hmeworld relief supplies. And you spit in our face. We will continue to send aid to your populace, despite your obvious hatred for us. Because we are beter than THAT. Good day"

A minute later the Political Prince's meeting with what remained of his cabinet was interupted. After the situation was explained to the prince he turned to his temporary Secretary of State, a man who had had half his face burned off in the rape.

The Krell fleet turned and reoriented itself down towards the place where machine activity had been confirmed on the planet. A rain of fire erupted from the fleet towards the dark planet, as every weapon the Combine owned came to bear on a single point. One Lance shot would create a giant crater. 38 Lances were fired, each one blasting deeper and deeper into the ground, as fusion missiles, railguns, and standard laserfire burned through. EMP missiles were also launched, sending wave after wave of heavy electromagnetic radiation through the tunnels exposed by the blasts. An hour later, the barrage stopped.

Hectori was sitting in the galley once more receving lessons in english from Karsus when the communications officer came running in almost falling in the tank as he hummed and clicked excitedly.

Hectori calmly looked at Karsus "It seems" he said "that we have been ordered to imediatly relocate to New St. Paul"

Basil was brought into cluster. It was like no city he had seen before in his life. A seething mass of humanity, moving through massive, open halls, long rails providing "roads" along which Ouster clambered, their prehensile feet gripping and pulling. Basil stood out like a sore thumb- though he moved as effortlessly as the space-born Ousters, his dress and manner set him apart.

Two guards brought him to a hospital structure. The walls were lined with robotic healing creches, monitored by Ouster doctors. Basil was brought into a recovery room, where, strapped to a wall in the Ouster equivelant of a bed, Her lower body was still entombed in healing machines, repairing her burned flesh. Cloned skin was being grafted over her shattered form. Her face, though, was pink and fresh, new skin vat-grown and placed over the ruin which had been her visage.

She smiled blearily- it was clear that her veins were full of powerful painkillers and narcotics. Her voice was weak and quavering.

"Basil.... I'm surprised to see you here."

A short while later the Atlantian fleet began to move away from Earth prepairing to jump. As they made their final preperations Hectori sent one more mesage planetside "To our honored guests, we thank you for your hospitality, and while we still mourn for your damaged world we have been ordered to relocate should you need to contact us we are reachable through the UP on New St. Paul." As soon as the mesage was sent the Atlantian fleet jumped leaving the system entierly and headed towards the assigned meetingplace.

"We will gladly accept assistance, however we have no intention of allowing these things time to build up their resources. Our projections indicate that left unchecked, they will grow at a geometric rate, limited only by the speed with which they can reproduce. As soon as the immediate threat to our space and subjects is ended, we will gladly assist in hunting these vermin down. Is there any specific assistance your planet needs? I am authorised to cut loose most of our unoccupied merchant fleet immediately, but it will take them at least two weeks to reach Earth, as we don't know wjhat needs to be on them yet, so bear that in mind when considering what you are going to need."

(OOC note: Figure the Krell fleet was on operations searching for the Machines much closer to my space, and that's why they got there when they did.)
