Better yet, drop his pimply ass in the middle of an Al-Quaeda training camp.Darth Yoshi wrote:Damn zealots. Gives the US a bad name. I just hope he never comes to San Francisco. I never said that I feared them. I was simply stating that someone misused the word. I suppose I should have quoted them but I just figured out how to do that. Homosexuals do not repulse or threaten me unless they try to make a move on me.weemadando wrote:But why do you fear them? Are you feeling threatened? Repulsed? Whats the problem?
Others have already done so. And quite frankly, this lunatic's arguments are so mindlessly idiotic that their stupidity is self-evident and does not require formal rebuttal anyway.Jonsan wrote:If you are going to ridicule someone, at least give support. Don't just say, "this guy is an idiot"
That sounds quite painful. However I doubt they could aim well enough with AK-47s to actually hit him with a bullet. Although I suppose that enough of them shooting at once would do the trick.Darth Wong wrote:Better yet, drop his pimply ass in the middle of an Al-Quaeda training camp.Darth Yoshi wrote:Damn zealots. OK, fair point.Jonsan wrote:I never said that I feared them. I was simply stating that someone misused the word. I suppose I should have quoted them but I just figured out how to do that. I'd be happier if I could get some chicks to make a move--for the record no guy ever has a made a move on me. Well, there was that one time in chess.weemadando wrote:OK, fair point.Jonsan wrote:I never said that I feared them. I was simply stating that someone misused the word. But its still flattering when a gay guy does make a move, if slightly worrying (I didn't think I was dressing *that* fruity).

"Some people" are bigots. They read significance into homosexuality beyond that which exists. They place moral value on sexual orientation without a shred of explanation why, other than the same idiotic hasty generalizations and "nature's intent" fallacies employed by racists.Jonsan wrote:Some people don't find the subject of homosexuality to be as easily discussed as whether or not 2+2=5.Darth Wong wrote:If some guy says that 2+2=5, would you be shocked if somebody else simply told him he was an idiot, rather than dragging out math textbooks to explain the problem to him?
Okay, that is fair about "some people." Others believe that homosexuality is wrong for another reason which is hardly that it is "nature's intent." I don't believe that the Bible is full of "idiotic hasty generalizations...employed by racists." RACISTS????!!!! I was under the impression that racists were people who discriminated against people of other races.Darth Wong wrote:"Some people" are bigots. So what do you believe? Is homosexuality wrong because the bible says so?Jonsan wrote:Okay, that is fair about "some people." Others believe that homosexuality is wrong for another reason which is hardly that it is "nature's intent."
Go to WCOTC, watch those monkeys for a day or so then come back and tell me that you the bible isn't full of idiotic hasty generalisations employed by racists.Jonsan wrote:I don't believe that the Bible is full of "idiotic hasty generalizations...employed by racists."
The term has been used out of context there. I think "narrow minded, fundamentalist, right-wing, moronic, hat-fucking, crack-smoking, donkey-raping, bigoted sons of their sisters" may be a better term.Jonsan wrote:RACISTS????!!!! WeeMadAndo wrote:So what do you believe? Is homosexuality wrong because the bible says so?
Homosexuality is wrong because it goes directly against anything God intended. I realize that you don't believe this, but that is my answer to that. Oh and I have proof--wait, nevermind, it's from the Bible. Which brings me to my next point.weemadando wrote:So what do you believe? Is homosexuality wrong because the bible says so?
I don't even know what WCOTC is however I'd like you to inform me on this. Whatever it is, I'm sure that it doesn't make up the entire Christian population of the world.weemadando wrote:Go to WCOTC, watch those monkeys for a day or so then come back and tell me that you the bible isn't full of idiotic hasty generalisations employed by racists.
Yes, I usually mean what I say.weemadando wrote:And what do you personally believe? That the bible is correct in its accounts of events and should be used as a guide for living?
If you indeed knew what the Bible talked about you would find that:weemadando wrote:The term has been used out of context there. I think "narrow minded, fundamentalist, right-wing, moronic, hat-fucking, crack-smoking, donkey-raping, bigoted sons of their sisters" may be a better term.
Yes, it's "short" for fagotte, the predecessor to the bassoon, but that is not what the instrument is called. I don't "shorten" musical instrument names.Jonsan wrote:It's also short for fagotte, for all music majors out there (especially the bassoon players)Kelly Antilles wrote:And isn't a "fag" a cigarette anyway?
Lad, your half-life around here just plummetted. I'm sure there are some helpful folks here who can point you to the remains of the last guy who claimed anything was right based on what the Bible says.Jonsan wrote:Homosexuality is wrong because it goes directly against anything God intended. Look, nobody here really seems to care (with rare exceptions) what the Bible or Yaweh says about anything, okay, so your proof will be seen as laughable.
We take anything the Bible says as suspect, and for your information, homosexuality is not wrong, it's actually perfectly normal and found in the animal kingdom. Perfectly natural.
You have no case.
And for the record, we should all be glad that they are some people out there who are having sex and not reproducing, as the world is too crowded already.
