I don't think so given that the Suzuki Escudo has 1881hp and the right gear ratios and all down force to the rear the car will do a wheelie and will easily break 1100mph, though reportedly it can be gotten to over 1400mph. Course GT3 isn't the most realistic when it comes to hp, torque, simulating speed and handling or other such trivialities...

Not that there was anything wrong with the standard DB7. Sure, it's a heavy car, but Aston Martin's have always been about cruising rather then cornering.

Its a pitty that so much money is spent on cars arround here that can go 200mph+ but the speed limit is only 65 and the police are really strict about that.

Aside from that i'm currently cursed with a car from hell that feels like it is going to fall appart once i reach 55mph. So i'm not even sure what 100 feels like let alone 250

I will stick with the indy and formula 1 cars on road (enough downforce to race upside down), but i love the insanity of rally sport racing, handling galore.

I think that one has a bit more than 750hp, that one was about 800hp or so if I remember right. Yup, the one you want is the Lingenfelter 427 twin turbo with all the performance upgrades & everything dialed up to max. I think it'll out accelerate an F1 car and go faster than one too.

Goldfinger and it also reappeared in GoldenEye thus showing Bond loves it and at least takes care of it as a personal car.

I, personally have always been a fan of all things Lotus. Also RX-7 turbo (c.1996) word has it that it had a 10degree rear steering assist and the engine was so quiet, the ride so smooth that mazda recommanded you take one of their sponsored (of course) classes to learn how to handle it, since people were going into curves at 120 miles an hour without realizing it and becoming one with the road. While you're at it, why not build a street-legal car powered by a couple of Pratt & Whitney JT11D-20B turbojets straight off a Lockheed Blackbird? That way, you'd have a Mach 3+ car.

Of course, if you wanna go really fast, you can cross your fingers, hope that the SR-X Aurora really exists and arrange a theft of one of these hypothetical Mach-5 beauties in order to build a car powered by a methane scramjet.

Out accelerating an F1 isn't all that hard, nor is outrunning one, a great many street legal cars can do it. But anything which can do both still won't even come close to the three g cornering nor do the speed without a fuckload of turbo or supercharging. Mataching an F1's rather important breaking power also isn't very easy.

I doubt you could make anything street legal that will melt a car a thousand feet behind it. So fuck that, lets create a new class of drag racing in which the cars are powered by nuclear ramjets and launched with a combination of steam catapults and rocket assist packs.
