A lot of people will think or say things like that when they don't bother thinking about the individuals involved. They just see a problem and a quick way to deal with that problem. Also, from what I hear a lot of the people causing problems in Iraq aren't necessarilly from Iraq. The Iraqis shouldn't take it in the shorts because occupation forces can't keep wacko troublemakers out of the country or control the ones already there.
I'm sure there are some other countries that wouldn't mind nuking the US because of Bush & Rumsfeld.
