As long as you have sliced bread and a can of RediWhip spray whip-cream, you've always got something to munch on.

Bah, some ramen flavours come with peas and corn. That's not strange at all. :P

Yeah, well, that wasn't the kind I used. :P

I've also made fried ramen with grilled chicken (or what would be grilled chicken). Also with chile powder. And worcestershire sauce.

I see.

Well, for the record, don't make ramen with Coke. It's really sweet, but overall, kind of yucky.

I think earlier this year I made something that was so gross that I had to throw it away, but I must have blocked what it was.

Usually it's a good idea to keep it that way. -nodnod-

Well, yesterday morning I was almost out of food and too lazy to go to the store, so I made fresh bread in my bread maker, cut it up into slices and spread butter on it. Then I added copious amount of white sugar on top, put it in the oven and waited for it to brown. Yum Yum.

When desperate for some sweets, I unloaded a box of OREO crumbs, mixed it with melted butter and sugar, and then ate it. I must say, it may be terrible for my teeth, but it tasted a hella good. I strongly recommend everyone on the board to try this one day.

This from a French Canadian, the culture that brought us Poutine.

As for me...not really a snack, but my after-work meal is sometimes a pot of macaroni & cheese mixed with barbecue sauce. Quite good, actually. Even better if there's some cubed chicken or pork in it.

Damn straight man. Raw Cookie Dough is the way to be.

Mostly when I'm hungry I don't mix stuff, I just eat whatever is there, like strawberry jam straight from the jar. Or Mayonnaise straight from the jar.

The closest I ever come to an improvised snack is drinking enough Coke to make the hunger go away.

I once made a pork omlet. There was other stuff but i felt like an omlet and so i put some pork tenderloin from dinner a while back in a skillet, browned it and added egg. It was nummy. As for actually improvised? Raw spam. Straight from the can. Slice it up and munch it with your hands. Mmm Mmm Mmm.
