Yes but the documentation on that case is IIRC rather sketchy.

The oldest person where the documentation is sound was a 122 year old frenchwomen by the name Jeanne Calment.
She died in 1997.

Its kinda hard to have proper documentation when you were born a slave and you married at 70 for your second husband and were married for 50 years and outlived your second husband as well.
