I assume, of course, that you mean a Heavy Cruiser rail slug, not a Heavy Cruiser, since dropping relativistic ships on a target is, well, somewhat above tech level, unless you spend years burning in realspace.

I actually assumed we had speed that high, but it don't matter. I dropped a ship on his capital to avoid any 'Hey! I have a shield!' complaints.

So I omiss one little pointless detail that wouldnt have mattered a damn from my OOB, and suddenly Im stupid? Nitram, I'm getting tired of you making these snide little remarks. Maybe next time I'll include a complete chart listing how much R'hllorans shit. It should have been pretty fucking obvious there wouldnt be farms or open water on a planet with virtually no atmosphere, very low gravity, and one that is orbiting at some distance from a dim M-class star.

Listen, people--
If a capability of your race is likely to have a direct effect in the game and is highly unusual, it's best to put in the OOB. There's an outside chance of me approving it if it's not a big deal, but it also might get thrown out.

An exception would be my vampire magic things--because I do not intend for that to ever become a factor outside of planned and mutually agreed storylines.

Wow, that's bulshit! My people live on fucking SPACE ROCKS and they need food and water. What you are suggesting is a fucking impossibility, AND a complete fuck-all for game balance as it frees you from worrying about supplies and rear-area attacks.

And you think I haven't kept any in reserve? I'm not as slow-witted as some. Sure, it's not many, but it's some. And I'm still going to make you all work for it. While I can't dig deep enough to be safe from railguns in my outposts, my fortress world is a nice, deep trap for you all. And I know you'll go in. It's the only way you'll ever be safe.
