The kind of all sex related acronyms is the one from Red Dwarf:

make it something that's age appropriate for all peeps and i could see it working. leave the really raunchy stuff to BotM and it should be fine. i also like the ARSE acronym. can't argue with that. :D

I'd propose that we keep stuff like "Does your pet watch your masturbate" in OT, while putting stuff like "The Sex Tips Thread" in a Relationships and Sexuality forum. As much as I like the sophomoric acronyms, what Darth Wong is gunning for is a more or less serious discussion forum for relationships and sex.

I was in favor of this when it came up in the mod forum. My position (ha!) hasn't changed.

And I nominate myself for moderator, on the grounds that I'm sexually experienced, relatively close in age to the majority of the board, and I went through my own angry virgin stage not too long ago, so I understand what a lot of the guys on this board are going through.

That's probably not a bad idea. Having a gay moderator and a straight moderator would make the group a little more inclusive, since we do have a good portion of gay members (ooooooh, bad, bad pun) on the board.

I also would think it wise if we also had a female moderator.

Innerbrat and Frank Hipper would be good choices, if they'd want the job. So would Verlion.

I'm for it, if for no other reason than currently, relationship/tip threads tend to get buried.

Though, if I had any input, I'd think necromancy could be lightened up on a bit (people do get new ideas, etc.). But that's just me.

so if this forum gets made and ver gets promoted, does this mean there'll be a mod slot open in BotM? :teeth:

And bah, enough whining about this promotion stuff! At least some of you actually are Mods.

Not really, we still need a lesbian, a straight woman, a bisexual guy, and a couple transgenders and one of indeterminate gender. I still think I've missed a few... :P

Actually a bisexual male and female covers all bases. They bend both ways and they can be transgendered or not a hermaphrodite or not. :D
