"I would be glad to especially if there are more chambers carved as beautifully as this one" Hectori said sending several sonar pulses bouncing arround the room, the sound waves panted an even more beautiful picture as they passed arround and through the soft bodies that were within the hall. nothing was a secret to him as the sound waves spoke to him telling him exactly what each person had on them and what it was made of.

"All are welcome to the forums. And they are quite well craved. Craving the walls is traditional for rooms that are to see much public use. It gives us something to do in winter you understand and gives us a good view. Of course I'll be busy there, but feel free to mingle with the people while I perform my duties tomorrow."

Finally getting a good look at the room, Natrix was stunned. His sking flashed a corncopia of blue, green and silver(platonic love, envy, longing) all at the same time.
"This is truly Beautiful. I will look forward to seeing your architecture..."
Natrix was a sap for natural or synthetic beauty

"Well best get this done. If you'll come with me Ambassador Hectori? If you'll excuse us Ambassador Sipedon. Oh look your steak is here." The Lord Protector lead the Altantian away as a servent came up with a plate of large rare steak.
The Altantian was lead to a table standing at the West door, which was locked. In front of the door a table had been set up with a parchment unrolled with the points of the alliance written in it. The points had been repeated in the languages of the signers several times. Below the points were a collection of nation names and names. The witnesses grew silent.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Today we witness the formal joining of Altantis to the alliance. Despite recent actions. I hope this proves that the alliance is very much alive and is willing to live up to its ideals. Ambassador Hectori, if you would."

Natrix flashed purple(hunger) as he watched the signing. It was... impolite, to do what he was about to do on this momentous occasion... He didnt want to shock anyone and bring negative attention...

Celicia su Elysium shielded her eyes. The strange, blue sky which Flatlanders took for granted was a rarity to her, a curiosity which might bother a lesser member of her race.
Around her, a city, in the style of Flatlanders. A peaceful, beautiful city, it's populace inderminate. The flags which flew over it's spires were one second the fist-and-sword of the Protectorates, the next second the colors of the Republic of Nashtar.
The sky was then blotted out by sleek, black forms, racing across the blue like demons. Mighty warships filled the sky, and Celicia knew that this city was doomed...
Continuity breaks
It is a street. Flames lick across every exposed surface, and the air is full of the sounds of death. A woman screams in the distance, and is drowned out by the howl of weapons-fire. Explosions, one after the other, turn the world into a roiling hell of sound and fury.
Armored boots, matte-grey and strangely agile, march down the street. A child's skull shatters beneath treads, turned into so much blowing dust...
Continuity breaks
They were proud men, men before whom fleets and worlds bowed. They wore finery, attended state dinners, and the armed fleets of entire empires sprang to action at a simple gesture.
Now, they are ragged, clothed in the bloody remains of finery. Each one sits in a strange chair, attended by a half-dozen lanky forms in flowing robes and obsuring masks. Thin surgeon's blades touch flesh, and one after the other, the proud men begin to scream...
Continuity breaks.
It looks almost like an open field, only there is no sky- just ranks of pale white lights, strung up along an artificial ceiling. Beneath the clinical glow, rows upon rows of small casks stand. Within each cask, small forms wriggle- lanky babies, their skin pale and their heads blessed with small thatches of red. There are millions, billions, trillions, as far as the eye can see...
Continuity breaks.
It is the galaxy, a vast spiral of glowing order sprung whole and beautiful from the chaos at the beginning of time. It is a jewel, one of an infinte number, composed of billions of tiny glittering facets. Across one arm of the galaxy, the factes dim, and then go out- encased in dyson spheres, star after star disappears from view. A stain of shadow sprouts at the galaxy's edge, and spreads. The jewel of the galaxy wvers, dims, and goes out...
And a trillion more glisten in the distance, waiting the inevitable...
Continuity breaks
Celicia sprung awake, skin glistening with sweat, breathing hard. Casting around, she toggled the lamp, bathing her chamber in a pale yellow glow. Besides her, in the suspensor field, Sayus mumbled something sleepily and pulled her closer. Taking care not to wake him, Celicia su Elysium, Speaker for the Hajr and Harbinger of the Diaspora, pulled herself from the room, and anchored herself besides her window overlooking the vastness of the Cluster. Even at this hour, the work-shifts continued and a million glittering lights covered the nearly-completed warships.
Yes. That is how it will be. That is our destinty, and I will see it realised or die trying.
Smiling at the simplicity of it all the Speaker went back to bed.

Hectori not entierly sure of the traditons of humans decided to go once more with that of his own people, he extend one claw and began to write out his signature with the most mild form of his poison possible. Though it could not hurt a human under any circumstances it was a dark purple color and worked perfectly for ink. He quicly scratched out letters in atlantian signing his full true name one that could neither be spoken nor heard by human ears. When he finished he stepped away so that all could see his precise letering that vaguely resembled cuniform writings of ancient earth.

Three Days Ago
Admiral Santiago punched in the code for the Air-Lock door, and stepped out of the small shuttle with the last of his "transplant" crew for his new Flag ship. Glad to finally be able to stretch and feel art-grav once more he waved for the rest of the passengers to follow him and walked around the corner of the small passageway into a much larger reception area and stopped dead in his tracks.
In front of him stood what must have been two hundred or more men, most of them Jardanians in newly issued Monacoran Naval Uniforms. Then a whistle blew three tones into the air, and was quickly followed by the barked utterance "Admiral On Deck!"
As he walked passed the attached Monacoran Marines and then past the mixed Monacoran and Jardanian crew he couldn't help but let the beginings of a smile set itself on his lips. Finally he turned to face his new crew.
"Boys, you've got better things to do then this, get to it we leave in an hours. DIS-MISSED!"
After another minute a former Jardanian officer walked up to him.
"Sir, it's a pleasure to have you aboard, I'm Commander Henry King your new second-in-command unless I am mistaken. If it would please you sir I'd like to offer you a tour of your new ship."
"Thank you very much, lead the way."
-----
An hour later Admiral Santiago, technically speaking a Captain-Admiral meaning he'd have to command a ship in the fleet a task he was gleefull in accepting, leaned back in his command chair.
"Boys, slow as she goes, then take her as far as you can into deep space, we're going to have a little test drive."
(OOC: Me taking over Jardanian Navy post, OOC thread post on the way.)

3rd Fleet dropped into realspace. It was doing a lot of that recently. Having been tapped has deployment fleet. It was great statement of faith. As far as it went.
"Are you sure they'll agree?" Admiral Tzu asked diplomat Sir Reed, late of the Lord Protector's Marine Corp. Sir Reed grined back his teeth white against his tanned face.
"Of course they will. Carrot and Stick, they know what we'll do." He said.
"I'm sending a rifle company and 4 gunboats. Good luck." The Admiral said.
"Luck of the Irish, Admiral. Send the transmission."

[Trondhiem, Valhalla System, Asgard Stellar Empire]
The traumatize subjects all over the planet were finally poking their heads out of cover for the first time in weeks. Despite being utterly outmatched by the Imperial Guard units sent against them the rebeling PPF units had fought hard. Savage guerilla fighting had turned the neighborhoods surrounding several key installations into rubble.
Now the fighting was at an end and the Imperial Guard was rumbling through the city in a massive show of force. Peace through intimidation was the order of the day. And every was. The small handful of units that had massed in support of the coup had been crushed and no one was eager to try again.
Among those so releived were several units of Monarocan soldier placed in quarantine by Imperial Army soldier in order to keep them from the fighting. Also released from their comfortable house arrest were the diplomats of the Monacoran delegation. They were given a formal apology by the Princess-Heir and given leave to make contact with their government. They were also asked, politely, to pass along the desire of the Emperor to renew the fragiles ties forged before the crisis had cut off the Empire.

Ezekiel
Covenant of God
Tanks rolled down the streets of the capital city. For the last three days, the forces loyal to the city clerics had tried to fight off the Mujahdeen- but they had lacked training, arms, and sheer brutality. Their fantacism was hardly special in these parts, and the Mujahdeen had ruthlessly butchered the local Psychopomps and Deacons. The outer cities still held under the cleric's rule, but it was only a matter of time. In a week, the region would be completely secure, and Risha's forces would use their vehicles and armor to strike across the countryside and take the temples at Kismet and Fajah.
It was only a matter of time, and now, the Protectorates were coming to negotiate peace. Risha had expected this operation to end as a mere Operational Success- the diversion of enemy resources on a large scale, but without any territory actually being captured. It seemed like they might accomplish their goals.
"Order the Protectorate vessels down in the countryside outside the city. We'll meet them with minimal force- I want one platoon of powerarmor, and nothing else. Isaac, you'll be my eyes, ears, and mouth. Remember the goals we talked about, and the negotaitions will go smoothly."
Outside of Sacrament City, four gunboats set down. They were met by a paltry five suits of power-armor and a truck full of jeering mujahdeen.
"Well, heathens? What's your offer?"

With the treaty signed, Natrix looked at his steak looked at the odd utensils... wondered what they were for... cut it into chunks with his claws... and devoured it...
His jaws were moist with the cows blood, and he licked his chops satisfied...
"Can we have these animas imported?"

The gunboats hovered at 35 meters. The companies of marines disarmed all of the terrorist and made them sit. The heavy foward railguns of gunboats trained on the speaker.
"Actually for us I believe the correct term would be heretic, but I'm not here to mince words with words with you. I am here to dicate terms to a group of bandits chiefs and make them rulers. Here are the terms.
You are now the rulers of this planet. You will not invole yourselves in affairs of the galaxy at large. You will not build anything above a heavy crusier. Your armies and fleets will not leave the boundries of the former CoG Arcane zone. You will not deal with other powers. You will not involve youselves in the former capital. All other former Arcanes occuiped worlds you may do with as you please, we will not intervene. These terms are not open to debate. Take them and rule or don't and be destoryed by the fleet above and we will impose our own order. Break these turns later and you and all your officer will be kill as a lession for future generation of the fate of oath breakers. Will you rule or be broken?"

Isaac laughed harshly.
"Is this how you treat a peaceful parley, heathen? Insulting, and useless. We won't bow to your ridiculous demands. You call that a treaty of independence? I think it's a fucking bid for power. You want a client state, and you won't have it. We'll give you nothing. We might have made terms, but never ones so atrocious as those. You'd have us live in the stone age. "
Isaac turned his eyes fearlessly towards the railguns.
"There are millions of us, heathen- billions. We have many weapons. This planet is an armed camp, and our leaders are clever in the ways of slaughtering your soldiers in guerilla warfare. We have off-planet technology, and we'll fight you every step of the way. The streets will run red with your blood, if you attempt to destroy us. " He eyed the gun turret.
"Don't make the mistake of thinking your technology frightens us."
"Here's our counter-offer. We'll leave Ix'agal alone, and we'll put a stop to the bombings and fighting across the rest of the occupation zones. The trained Mujahdeen will stop leading the masses, and you'll be able to put down the revolts, assuming you aren't utter fools. These three worlds will be free, a sovereign nation, bearing the flag of the Covenant."
"Well, heathen, do we have a deal?"

A new report showed up on Leego Diama's desk, "TOP PRIORITY" stenciled onto the cover of the folder. A quick glance revealed its contents: intel from the Monacoran military and spy reports from both Nashtar and the KSE, detailing the exact size of the Siliconoid presence on the newly discovered outworld. A week had passed since his last report to Adar Krell, another would go by before he felt confident sending the full fleet, but this had to be dealt with immediately.
Calling up current fleet manifests and evaluated ships under construction and in drydock for repair, then examined the ships in full operational status. A minute later he decided upon a course of action, and within an hour his orders were being carried out. Half of the fleet would be sent toward the Siliconoid threat. The other half would remain near Sirius in defense of the Client Worlds, in defense of the building fleets, and ready to react once new intel came in. With allied search efforts now concentrating in the area of space where the Siliconoids were known to be located, it would be a matter of time before another of these installations was found.
Hours later, half of the Combine fleet, including the Aegis, pulled away from Sirius, setting a course for the Siliconoid presence beyond Shi space to engage and destroy.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Reed roared in the terrorist's face.
"You are a fool. If we wanted your dungheap of a world we would take it. We would grind you into nothingness and toss your culture onto the ash heap of history where it belonged. You say you have millions. Piss in the wind. We have fought billions and won. The forces of the Lord Protector could crush you and not even notice. You will not be given free rein because you could not handle it last time. Prove to us that you will not make war on the galaxy again and perhaps the Lord Protector will ease his terms... Perhaps. You think you can slaughter us? Come and try. When the last of you warriors dies screaming before the guns of our solders we will still be standing where we please. We are not clerics or farmers you can bully. You do not impress us, bandit. Take the terms given to you or die."

"You are proud, aren't you, soldier? You believe in your country. You believe in your men. You believe in your weapons."
"Fool."
"History has taught us but one thing- as long as we are willing to shout "No" one more time that you are willing to shout "Submit," we can never be defeated! Come, then, impose your insulting condtions on the Lord God's chosen nation. Force us. Without your demonic mind-control spells, soldier, I doubt you will find us as easy prey as you found Ix'agal."
His eyes burned. It was clear that his faith bordered on madness.
"I myself have killed dozens of your soldiers. I've watched the blood seep trough the weak-points in your armor. I was on Ix'agal. I've dueled with mageblades and killed Nashtari marines. There are a thousand like me, and around us, an army which you can not stop will form."
"Come then, soldier. Will you now gun me and my comrades down? Or will you honor the rules of parley, return our weapons to us, and let us go free before you begin your invasion?"
