You see, Shrubby, any idiot would be able to tell you that you have to do those things, but you still have no plan to do it! Objectives have been stated, but no viable action plan! How are you going to reduce security threats? There's a difference between a plan and an executable, viable, economical plan.

I noticed that Bush is trying to get voters to buy that the Iraqi security forces are ready to take a large share of security in Iraq. How many divisions have deserted again?

A senior U.S. official in Iraq told United Press International: "The Iraqi police have deserted their posts or gone over to the enemy. The Iraqi Civil Defense Corps has largely deserted, but one battalion is fighting well alongside us."

Let me see, they've trained 200,000 defense personel so far. Abizid wants to reinforce 130,000 troops he's got. 600 are dead. 94,000 have deserted then
