"The USA has more prisoners in their own country than soldiers in Iraq..."

I heard the US has the highest number of prisoners in the world. Even Chia or India with over a billion people each dont have that many prisoners.

IIRC U.S. has a greater prisoner to citizen ratio then China, not necessarily more prisoners then China.
