Anyone who thinks obscene speech is protected in America is kidding themselves. It's been explicitly not protected for I don't know how many years.

Uther: That's part of the point. Obscene speech should not be censored. Anything can be construed as obscene, and the various words considered obscene are merely synonyms for nonobscene words that are considered obscene.

Seriously, what is the actual, genuine difference in meaning between fuck and have sex? It's how people perceive it; that is, how people react to it. Not the meaning, it means the same damn thing, no, it's peoples reactions.
