I guess you can consider it a shameless plug, since I work for the site, but still... it's a goddamn patch for Fallout 2! The main page there lists some of the stuff he's done, and the readme with the actual patch tells the full details.

There's another unofficial FO2 patch as well, but I can't recall the website for it off the top of my head.
