I think a case could be made for it, but frankly it's been the Pentagon for 50 years or so, it doesn't need to be changed now.

That's stupid (but what would we expect from Frist?). I seriously doubt it'll pass, and even if it does, everyone will still call it the Pentagon anyway.

Fucking hell! You'd think the guy actually singlehandedly thought the Soviet army to win and then rebuilt all of America. He may have had fans and two terms, but he wasn't as good as some of these guys make him out to be.

The renaming of the Pentagon, arguably one of the coolest buildings today, is stupid.

Given that it is a protected historical building, I wonder if it's even legal to rename the Pentagon? Anyway its a retarded idea no matter what; the only renaming we should be doing is changing The Department of Defence back to the War Department.
