Not as maneuverable as a Glorious Heritage Cruiser but probably still better than most capital ships in B5.
Their manuverability is going to be tied to how fast they're going. IF they're traveling at .5c or more they aren't going to be making sharp manuvers. (Remember inertia?)

I've seen very few episodes of B5, but their point defenses had trouble hitting slow bolts and projectiles !!!! You do realize that .9c is insanely fast for a projectile ? They'd never hit one single OM-5, unless some huge friggin' character shield is raised up.
I would qualify this a to depend on how far away they can detect them, the range of the slicer, and the amount of time they have to react. (they can always just dodge too if there is enough time.. or half-phase, or phase away.)

.9c or not, those missiles have to be moving in a relatively straight line to maintain speed like that. They can't simply zig-zag around and dodge the point defense bolts while maintaining .9c. Earthforce has FTL sensors; the Commonwealth does not. Tracking those things wouldn't be a problem for point defense. The only reason I still say the Earthforce ship would lose is because of the sheer volume of fire a GHC can put out (320 missiles per second!).

They have to be fairly maneuverable since they can manage to hit High Guard ships. Your standard offensive missiles accelerate at 4,200,000 Gs.

even at 4.2 million gees, at relatavistic speeds (with the inertia they built up - inertia works in Andromeda still, remember?) they need several seconds to accelerate/decelerate. Their high speeds hamper their ability to move significantly (the faster you go, the wider your turn radius) - which means they either have to allow for more time for a broader "turn" or reduce speed (meaning that for a purely kinetic-damage strike they're reducing their effective damage.)
This isn't always a problem in Andromeda, even for their velocities, given their ability to engage at LS/LM ranges and the fact that ships often travel at relatavistic speeds - good prediction software and sensor data can still allow for hits.
