Hehe, I'd get it, but only if I were able to cause massive train wrecks.
Is it possible to cause wrecks in that game? or is it chincy and not let you do it?

Bear in mind that the screens in this thread are from two different games: the ones posted by Shep are from Auran's Trainz Railroad Simulator 2004, and the ones posted by jenat-lai and myself are from Microsof Train Simulator.Oh I have SO got to get this game! Well, you can have train wrecks in MSTS (I've never played TRS 2004, so I can't speak for that sim). There are no explosions or railcars getting crushed and torn apart, but the rolling stock can go flying or pileup on the tracks in a rather spectacular fashion. On highspeed trainsets like the Acela Express, the locomotives and cars can literally go airborne and land a few hundred feet away from the impact site!Icehawk wrote:Hehe, I'd get it, but only if I were able to cause massive train wrecks.

It's probably too old for either. It's a PCI (since I have no AGP port on my motherboard) 32MB SDR Radeon 7200.Ma Deuce wrote:Bear in mind that the screens in this thread are from two different games: the ones posted by Shep are from Auran's Trainz Railroad Simulator 2004, and the ones posted by jenat-lai and myself are from Microsof Train Simulator.
