Just wondering if anyone knew of any programs that let me run PS2 discs on my computer.

PS2 emulation is currently impossible. The projects that are furthest along right now still have problems even running the BIOS. A site for news on next-gen emulation is NGEmu; they'd likely be amongst the first to know of any such program that works.
