Twisted Metal vs Vigelante 8

Post by Moonshadow »

If the vehicles from Twisted Metal and Vigelante 8 were to get into a brawl in say Bagdad  which one would win?

The vehicle mounted mortars in V8 alone give it an advantage over twisted metal. Those are the best weapons, besides the specials.

First I think Vigilante 8 was a better game.

Vigilante 8 cars have better weapon generally (Mortars, Tank Cannons, Balistic Missiles, Ripple-fire Rocket Packs).
However Twisted Metal Black cars are obscenely agile and quick to accelerate. My vote is for Vigilante 8.

Dude. There are vehicle-mounted mortars in Twisted Metal as well...you just can't see them. That's why they have the mortar shells sitting around all over the place.

Personally, I'm partial to the seeker missiles and napalm I saw in Twisted Metal 3 (there was nothing about *which* TM we were talking about)

There is also the small fact that one of those vehicles is hauling around the grim reaper..

Now if we put them up against Treadmarks then it'd be a slaughter the likes of which have never been seen before.

V8 also has another powerful weapon. The tantrum Gun on the VW driven by that girl. still the Mini Cooper from TM 3 had a mean weapon thats great for a running fight, that vortex thing that explodes at the end
