Is bolt firing gun SPHA-? platform different gun or different mode of SPHA-T artillery guns? What do you think?

The SPHA- series can be fitted with a wide array of weapons, including missile launchers, anti-vehcile lasers, ion cannons, and so on according to the SW.com databank.

I think he´s referring to the bolt cannons seen in the Battle of Muunilinst (CW). Those green bolts that were affected by gravity and could be used against targets out of visual range.

Most be some form of projectile encased in an energy-field like the proton torpedoes and certain concussion missiles. The official name doesn´t seem to be mentioned anywhere, though.

The mode of operation was very different from a standard SHPA-T, I'd hypothesize it is a completely different subtype.

It only needs to be another module. What else would you have a modular weapon for.

Hence a completely different subtype.

I would define a subtype as a more permenent version, but *shrug*, as long as we're talking about the same thing.

Now that it seem to be the common opinion that it's another subtype/module what kind of a gun it is? What do you think. I think that it's some kind of Railgun HE- or protonwarhead round

A projectile weapon, either like the proton torpedoes or just lit by tracers.
