I recently dealt with this rather persistent IE hijacker. It's quite a piece of work, it uses a hidden .dll to constantly recreate itself.
Here is a detailed set of instructions on how to remove it, thankfully someone else figured out how to do it.

*note - This hijacker comes back every couple of hours so to be honest I don't know if the instructions this website has you follow will actually fix it or not.
