Venting

How do you vent your feelings? I personally have been going thru a really rough time lately...I look to my LiveJournal and DeadJournal.

That and I talk to my friends...and writing helps, too...

I usually vent via Tribes 2 or X-Wing Alliance. An hour of that and my wrists are sore, I'm sufficiently mellowed out, and ready to approach and deal with whatever problem I have to deal with. That or post here. Pretty much 90% of the threads I've started here I did on a need to rant (and I don't post much for being such an archaic resident of this board, whatever that counts for).

If I'm stuck indoors a good game of Grand Theft Auto 2 usually gets rid of my hostile feelings by allowing me to act them out in a non destructive way. Otherwise I'll hop on my bike for a while or go talk to my friends (preferably female, it's more calming) if it's an issue that can't be solved by taking out aggresion in a video game.

Nowadays, I start doing abdominals (is that the correct name in english?). After 500 or so, any anger left is quickly submerged by the pain in the sore muscles.

If that's not enough, proceed to push-ups.

I tend to write, or play metal guitar (playing some Metallica or Panthera and then making up ones own mad riff solo always helps me vent)

I bitch with other people in the mood for bitching. there is a picnic table behind one of buildings where i used to work. I called it the bitch bench because it was hidden from view of the executives and thats where people went to complain.

The best way to vent stress is excercise. Its a lesson I learn over and over again. But its true.

I go out on the range and empty an AK mag on full auto. We'll actually I only did that once.

Normally I just load up Urban operations with the Frisk weapons mod on.

I try to avoid doing that....it normally results in blowing up,, which I ALWAYS regret later...

I usually play Perfect Dark for my N64, but I'm not y often. When I'm at school, I get ed off at bad grades, and I have nothing to do to vent it out without getting suspended.
