hey guys, I dropped out early in the STGOD, and I want back in, having the time and energy for it. Are their any problems with that? I dropped out almost a hundred pages ago, so I'm going to be a bit out of it. Should I just continue with the Psilons or start anew?....

And I'm sorry I didn't give word that I left, rather then just fading away. twas bad manner on my part.

It has only been a few months, put down a rebellion or something, have that as your in-game justification.

Sure, c'mon back. You can have the rest of that space station order if you still want to play the Psilons; they didn't sell when I put them up for auction at the Ravenlock Trade Fair.

I like it!
_________

Would it be acceptable if I made a few changes to my ship design in my OOB?

If Alyrium remembers right it's:

12 Major planets
15 Minor

25 Cap Ships (Carriers, Battleships, Dreadnoughts, etc)
75 Ships of the lines (Cruisers, Escort Carriers)
500 escorts (Frgiates, Destoryers, other small ships)

There was no estblished limit for ground forces, fighters, etc.

If I'm wrong guys let me know.

Hmm, that is a damned fine question. The planet limit I believe was a dozen (someone back me up on this) major worlds, with some secondary and colony worlds.

Shipwise, I can tell you easily enough.
25 Super Capitals [Fleet Carriers, Battleships, Dreadnoughts]
75 Cruisers
500 Escorts

you can have a quality navy up to the maximum number of vessels. Although a smaller starting navy means superior vessels as a whole. If you are picking up your previous nation, we can work out a suitable number of additions to your fleet since most nations have been expanding their forces.

I will not be able to post for the next four or five weeks, so here's my STGOD temporary will and testament:
I, Speaker-to-trolls, being of sound mind and round body, do hereby hand over control of the Sovereighn confederacy of Itsil to Frigidmagi. If Frigidmagi is unable or unwilling to do this then it is instead to be handed over to any other player who will accept it.

Heya!

I apologize for not been posting as of late. Things have gotten a bit hectic over here. I should be throwing a post or two tomorrow.

Just because I'm bored and curious: How in the heck did Monaco manage to take over Earth anyway? It seems a most unlikely circumstance.

Perhaps when the world united they needed a new capital, and it was too cold in geneva*.

Otakon

Post by Marcao »

Hey Everyone!

I just wanted to let you all know that I will be spending the weekend over in Otakon, so I won't be around until the 1st. After that, I will be taking a three week vacation in an exotic island in the Caribbean from August 4th to August 25th. I apologize for the short warning.

Here is the Veithan order of command until I return the 1st.

This is the same thing that I said back in the original SD but Straha was adamant about his tiny european principality having ruled the WHOLE WORLD sometime in the past (that's right, they conquered the world, lost it for a bit, then reconquered it :)). He refused to justify it in any way.

Perhaps they conquered France one afternoon and worked their way up from there.

No, you see it was Monaco and Andorra. We conquered it, let it slip away and then grew fat and complacent and as for how it was done.

*whispering noises*

I'm back folks, what'd I miss?

Things have really slowed down... any idea when some of the players are going to come back around?
