If that’s how you’d use your powers I’d say it’s a damn good thing that you aren’t the US government, exactly (or even approximately) which arrestable offence is Moore supposed to be guilty of? You do realise that pissing you off isn’t illegal don’t you.
Clue in Depending on whats in that Footage IT IS ESPIONAGE
Tell me if I take a handy cam and walk around the USS Regan and film the interiror of the Nuclear reactor and then post that film what do you think would happen to me?
Or a more relative example, Say I walk around with a Handy cam and walk into the Commander's Tent or the Comm Van and catch some shots of any SECRET, TOPSECRET documents or say some new classified system we are using thats not been made public yet, Or say we catch some audio of someone talking about X secret system
And then I go stick that film on the web what aam I guilty of?
He could have his ass thrown in jail or in this wartime situation, shot depending on what gets recorded(Reguardless of publication, possesion is enogh)[/quote]

Have you actually seen the film? Because none of your examples even come close to anything in it. If Moores crews had filmed any of the stuff you mention then no doubt they would have committed an offence but I’ve heard no evidence that they did anything of the sort.
The false pretence his camera crews were embedded under is that they were going to produce the same bullshit pro-war propaganda that the US News networks specialise in instead Moore used his footage to produce the bullshit anti-bush propaganda that he specialises in that might have been dishonest but it aint espionage.

... which means that Moore's people would had to have filled out registration documents with false statements and signed with the intention of violating their agreements.

They're also the ones who lift pentagon memos routinely. It's become
so common that the Pentagon no longer gets worked up when Bill Gertz
posts some secret.
Hey they also brought down a republican president, once.....

What agreements did they violate? Just because most embedded reporters for American networks produced bullshit pro-war propaganda it doesn’t mean that it’s a crime to exhibit some other bias. There’s no suggestion that Moore’s people broadcast any tactical information that could compromise the safety of the troops or anything so what did they do wrong?
You know damn well that if Moore or any of his crew had done anything illegal they would have been charged as the administration is just itching to get at them, but so far they haven’t been charged with anything by anybody other than right wing loons on bulletin boards so I’m inclined to call bullshit on any accusations of espionage.

Hm. Point. Although I do wonder whether or not embedded reporters must make declarations of intent - in which case Moore undoubtedly lied, since a declaration of intent could only be useful for singling out those the U.S. armed forces do not want filming their activities.
The difference between a catfish and Michale Moore? One's a bottom feeding scum sucking carrion eater, and the other's a fish.
The more I hear about this guy, the more pissed I become. Talk about a total lack of journalistic ethics, this guy keeps drilling through the bottom of the barrel.
