I was wondering if anybody can help me out in finding/creating a Bill Lumbergh (Office Space) Avatar or animated GIF. It would very much appreaciated.

I suggest you search the net for Gary Cole(the name of the actor) if you want something else.

If it's just a normal avatar then just have one of those scenes where Lumbergh is condescending to Peter about his duties. But the dream sequence one is hilarious.
