Wow, you've got what looks like a load of spyware/adware in there. A lot of the items running from C:\windows\system32 look very suspicious. I would start by running a program like Ad-aware with the latest reference files. Let Ad-aware remove anything it finds. That should hopefully reduce what Hijack this comes up with making it a bit easier to sift through.
Also, run MSCONFIG and on the 'startup' tab turn off any programs that you know don't need to run on startup. Most of that stuff is just excess that wastes resources. Leave anything that resembles antivirus or firewall software if you prefer to keep those running. If you find that you turned something off that you prefer to keep just run MSCONFIG again and turn it back on. Good luck.

You should probably also do a virus scan, if you haven't already. I recommend AVG antivirus. The system32 stuff looks very suspicious, and I've learned my lesson about just assuming that your computer is not posessed by the evil spirits of porn exploiters. The get Mozilla Firefox. Or Opera, whichever makes you happy and isn't Internet Explorer. I've had a small fraction of the spyware and miscellaneous problems since I switched away from IE, and I can't recommend too strongly that you ditch it except for Windows Update and the occasional web site that requires IE for some perverse bone-headed reason and which you can't escape.
