Would the Suncrusher be affected by a lightsaber?

I'm no SW expert but is the Suncrusher not some kind of supernova weapon?

He should be asking can a lightsaber penetrate the Quantum Crystalline Armor of the Suncrusher.

I don't believe so given the amount of energy that armor could withstand with no deormation.

With a quantum crystalline armor that makes it practically invincible.

If a glancing Death Star superlaser hit can't destroy the Sun Crusher, I HIGHLY doubt a lightsaber can.

A side question, is there any way to get Lucas to rethink things like this and cut everything Anderson wrote loose?

No, due to royalties agreements and cross-referencing.

"This statement, in its utterly clueless hubristic stupidity, cannot be improved upon. I merely quote it in admiration of its perfection." - Garibaldi in reply to an incredibly stupid post.
