Can we make some sort of forum where trolls gather and think they are safe as they "forumlate" their attack plans against those evil common sense people?

PS. User099 has been given the user ranking of "Village Idiot", which will now grace all of his posts. This is, of course, not the same as a ban. But I agree with LordChaos about the dangers of over-using bans, and the rank constitutes the BBS equivalent of non-lethal weaponry
