The sith lord Count Dooku arrives on Earth. He soon begins to dominate the Manhattan crime scene. It appears that he has some sinister plans for Earth. Spider-man realizes he is the one who must stop him. Can he stop the evil Count Dooku or will he become yet another victim of the Darkside of the Force ?

Smart question: Spidey can throw down with the Hulk (he'd enevitably loose, but still). Is Dooku strong enough to choke out someone as durable as Spiderman, much less break his neck?

I wonder if his Spider-Sense can allow him to pull some fancy webbing or something... if (and this is the big if) he can resist a normal TK choke or two, he might get in a good hit or two and knock Dooku out...

This is assuming he can get in there without Dooku Force pushing him back or something. Can one dodge a Force push? I'd assume you could, if you could leap twenty feet in the air. :P

Easily.

The problem I have...and this was evident from the first fiasco.

Spidey has no TK defense. None.

He's strong and fast...but start gorilla slamming him from half a block away and all he can do is "Spidey Sense tingling!"...sorry I don't care if you withstand a rolled away punch from Juggernaut.

Enough blow to something inside warm and gushy and you'll be wet stain on the sidewalk.

Wouldn't it better to turn Spidey into absolutly loyal slave (remember what happend to gen Corvell when C'baoth was forced to sever the connection to him.)

Yeah, about the only way it'd work is if the scenario was similar to the Kenobi vs Fett scenario in AotC.

Basically, the Jedi must capture his opponent alive and his opponent must not only have enough firepower to be able to continuously occupy the Jedi, but know that he has to keep the Jedi on the defensive and be willing to use it.

And, as as AotC showed, the Jedi can still survive.
