Mitzi is pretty cute.. except when she opens the kitchen cabinets and eats the garbage.. or when she steals your chicken wing... or runs away with the salmon.. jah. If she wasn't so darn cute, we might have returned her.

Guinea pigs are in no way shape or form identical to footballs.
Their aerodynamics suck, their centre-of-mass is entirely in the wrong place no matter HOW you throw them, they don't bounce worth shit, and they have this annoying tendency to wriggle out of your grasp just as you're about to make a touchdown.

Well, here are my two completely silly and just plain nuts cats:

Smoky, who we really should have named Tom since his fur coat is almost identical to Tom's in Tom and Jerry...

And Tommy, a huge fluffball who always wants to be petted. When he's hungry, he will stand up on his hind legs and paw at the kitchen door (we keep him in the atrium, and there's a sliding glass door between it and the kitchen).
In that picture he's posing with a still-unidientified Intel case that one of my dad's friends got from the trash pile at JPL.

Ah, Bobby Lee. Actually, he's named after our famous general Robert E. Lee. Which we shortened to Bob. E. Lee. Bobby Lee. Get it?

Occasionally, when he's being devious, we say in low tones, "Robert..." and he knows.

In the future we need to get him in "I'm currently figuring out trigonometry" mode. Or "MY LEGS ARE GOING TO FALL OFF! MUST RUN!" mode. He is kinda eccentric.

But the best cat ever!

We have another one, who's a good cat in his own way, but there's no way he'd win this contest. He's handsome, not cute. Built much more like a tabby than a Siamese, and fat besides.
