Ahahaha!! So true!

I saw the diving and swimming and enjoyed it. A lot. Who won by the way?

The US one the 4x200 relay, or whatever it was called.

Beat out the Aussies by .13 second or something insanely close like that. The US also got a gold in something else because I saw it, but don't remember what.

At any rate, that is a very stirring rendition of the (US) national anthemn they play there. It definately moved me, and I wish I could get it from somewhere.

Did you see the Australian athlete who won gold in the shooting, but couldn't keep the olive branches on her head due to thhe wind?
How ironic.
No, I missed the shooting. But I did see the American Gold medalist Fencer nearly lose hers last night ;)

I've been watching Tennis and Boxing in the afternoons, as well as catching the swimming in the evenings.
I honestly think that NBC is time-delaying their broadcasts so that events happening at 4pm in Greece are shown at 4pm EST USA.

You guys need to get your senses of humor back from whoever you gave them to. Shep was criticizing female gymnast uniforms and saying that they should be thicker.

Water Polo was fun to watch. I'd love to play that if I had a pool.

Funny though that pretty much all the polo players on the men and women U.S team were from California.

I thought it was funny.

On a related note, anyone who thinks female gymnist uniforms should be thicker needs to turn in their balls and be exiled from the male gender.

I dunno. Some of those girls are what, 12? I'm all about ladies in tight clothes, but I prefer them after puberty.

I don't think any of the US gymnists are over the age of 16.

So, if you guys want to see Women complete, look at Track, Swimming, and VolleyBall.

Okay, I confess freely, I haven't watched any of the Olympic coverage at all so I have no idea as to the respective ages of the athletes. My objection was more on general principle.

I think there were a few 18. Maybe 18+ too. Can't remember.

I don't know about Swimming... There was at least one 15 year old there. And, what was it, eight years ago, that one 14 year old who is now the sex goddess? Something I agree with totally, BTW. At any rate, swimming ain't any safer.

Now, volleyball...which one? "Regular" or beach? Because yes, beach volleyball uniforms are teh l33t sexy, IMO. :D :P

I think she is the exception to the rule, most of the gymnasts are pretty young (and their bodies somewhat underdeveloped due to the stress and damage of training they go through)

There's just something about a women who can throw a 4K shot over 60 feet that's just plain frightning.

Most swimmer chicks are quite the hotties. Sure they can bend me into a pretzel and other shapes not humanly possible, but they are hotties.
