something funny I've seen on the internet

Post by Terr Fangbite »

Just curious to how many SWvsST sites there were, I made a google search on the topic. This forum was 5 or 6. The main thing that caught my attention was http://www.rakkav.com/homeworlds/funnyb ... vstrek.htm The starwars top ten for some reason seem alot more realistic than the top ten for star trek. What does everyone else think?

I saw the first top ten list years ago on fanfix.com. They have lots of other humorous lists there, such as top ten reasons why it's better to be a GI than an imperial stormtrooper, or at least they did when I was last there. Never seen the top ten reasons why star trek would own before, though.
"I want to mow down a bunch of motherfuckers with absurdly large weapons and relative impunity - preferably in and around a skyscraper. Then I want to fight a grim battle against the unlikely duo of the Terminator and Robocop. The last level should involve (but not be limited to) multiple robo-Hitlers and a gorillasaurus rex."--Uraniun235 on his ideal FPS game

3. Kes (while in the process of transformation) manifested powers that made Darth Vader's and the Emperor's together look like a candle in the wind.
Hehe. I never saw her teleport people across the galaxy, or effortlessly create a storm of energy which could wipe out a huge starship.

Not to mention that Palpatine was the most powerful force-user ever, which meant he was stronger than Naga Sadow (made 2 stars go supernova with a thought).

The gaggle of bounty hunters employed by Jabba the Hutt basically look like a Klingon's idea of a moveable feast

I believe that Sadow was in fact using a Sith weapon that was Darkside based, but he wasn't in fact doing it with raw power. May be wrong here...

8. For that matter, so does Jabba the Hutt.
Actually, Jabba's not all that moveable.
It's Rogue, not Rouge!

The Star Wars ones are pretty well known, however the ST ones are not the well known ones but some crap.

The second part of that sentence makes approximately zero sense.
