Errr, what is this club? its supposed to be in AOTC. I'm looking for the scene of a Twi'Lek dancing in it.

It's the club where Zam is trying to hide after the air speeder chase.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen a T'wilek dance in it. There is however a female T'wilek (a girl with red/yellow stripes) present in the club.

Yes, that's right. Lucas's daughter is standing near Anthony Daniels and Ahmed Best in the scene, while the other T'wilek stands in the background somewhere.
